Postal Code lookup stops working (US & Canada only)
The
database
containing the zip/post codes is damaged
or missing.

Exit KennelSuite
-
Click the appropriate link
below to download a fresh copy of the database and unzip/extract it
into the KennelSuite data folder on the server computer. Select
"yes" when asked if you want to replace/overwrite the existing file.

Restart KennelSuite
Make sure you download
the version that matches your software. You can see your version of
KennelSuite by clicking Help > About...
